Luke Breeze

Luke Breeze lives in the United States with his wife, Julie, and their two children. He currently serves as President of Truth Connect and Pastor of True Vine Church. Luke came to faith in Jesus Christ at the age of twelve through a Christ-centered youth ministry. Following his early involvement in the local church, it became clear that God was calling him into pastoral ministry.

Luke and Julie have served together in a variety of contexts, including youth ministry, discipleship initiatives, marriage ministry, church planting, and leadership development. Luke was ordained at Emmanuel Baptist Church and holds a Master of Arts in Ministry from Capital Seminary.

Outside of ministry, Luke enjoys playing music, reading, spending time in God’s creation, and raising his children. His greatest passion, however, is making disciples who make disciples. Grounded in 2 Timothy 2:2— “and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also”—Luke is committed to going wherever the Lord leads to develop and send qualified leaders. Encouraging and equipping disciple-makers remains central to everything God allows him to do.

Dr. Don Schreier

Donald J. Schreier believes everything rises and falls on leadership. Therefore, he travels the world to encourage and equip men and women to be the best leaders they can be. He specializes in church leadership and disciple-making, having served the past forty-four years as a pastor, prison chaplain, school teacher and missionary. In 2012 he and Karen, his wife of 52 years, founded Truth Connect, a ministry dedicated to training
leaders where they live with a focus on developing countries. They accomplish this through Leadership Training Conferences and mentoring leaders one-on-one. Don has published The Church Today: Leadership. The 21 biblical characteristics and role of the pastor and the 7 characteristics and role of the deacon clearly explained. This work
has been a key part of the Truth Connect’s leadership conferences.

Don earned a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Christian Education from Lancaster Bible College, a Master of Divinity from Capital Bible Seminary and Doctor of Ministry fromGordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Don is also certified and licensed by The John Maxwell TEAM as a leadership trainer, coach and speaker.

King Solomon wrote, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven” (Eccles. 3:1, ESV). It’s a new season for Truth Connect. At the age of 70 Don and Karen turned Truth Connect over to Luke and Julie Breeze, a new and younger generation of godly leadership. May the Lord richly bless Truth Connect as it continues to encourage and equip men and women to be disciple makers and leaders in their homes, churches and communities.
